VICKY HIGGINS

After graduating from University in 1981, I enjoyed a successful sales career in the food industry. In 2000 I decided to leave the corporate world to stay home with my two active children.
As an avid golfer, I sustained a serious back injury in the summer of 2006. It was during my post injury period that I was introduced to strength training for the first time by my Personal Trainer, Sean Everingham.
I have never looked back. I am passionate about the many benefits of strength training, fitness and diet as part of a healthy lifestyle. I understand the challenges of incorporating a fitness routine into a busy day filled with the demands of work and family. Whether you are 15 or 70 now is the time to take charge of your life to become active and fit.

MISSION STATEMENT

“To provide a positive, results oriented and enjoyable exercise experience where my clients will have an opportunity to learn about their bodies and what they are capable of doing. Ultimately, for them to become stronger, physically, mentally and emotionally so they can enjoy improved health and an enhanced sense of well being and empowerment.”
I recognize the many reasons why people enlist the services of a Personal Trainer. Helping my clients meet their goals and expectations is my number one priority.
