Results Highlights: Leaned down by 10 more pounds from previous fitness contests to win UFE Chaos in Fitness Model, earning her PRO card; came second in Figure. 1 week later, won the Figure category at the INBF Tri-State Championships. After getting pregnant, Marilyne returned to the stage to win the Figure category in the Elite division at the UFE North American Championships, earning dual PRO status! Marilyne has received two sponsorship contracts, won the title of UFE's Official Spokesmodel 2011 and appeared in national fitness publications as a result of her fitness accomplishments.

Before I met Sean, I was going from one trainer to another one, without getting the results I expected, considered as an average fitness competitor. I was training hard but I had a very hard time following the diets I was given by other trainers. After every show, my weight would rebound into the low 140s. When Sean and I started to work together, I discovered a whole new healthy and well balanced way to diet without being as restrictive as I had been before. Fifteen weeks later, I won the Fitness Model division, qualifying for the Pro status! A week later, I won the Figure division in the U.S. and my weight off-season never went over 135 pounds. Later, we worked together on the most challenging period of my life, my pregnancy. During those precious 40 weeks, Sean was there for me.

He trained me appropriately in the gym and taught me how I should eat to be healthy without going crazy! The result was that I had put on a healthy 23 pounds and 2 weeks after the delivery, I was back at 135.

The next challenge I gave to myself was to compete 6 months after my baby was born (C-section). Again, Sean worked with me, listened to my rhythm and dealed with medical condition. 5 months and 3 weeks later, I competed in the Elite division and won the Figure title, qualifying me as a Pro! Sean is the perfect balance between discipline and open mindedness. He pushed me when I needed it, listened to me when I had something to say. His motivation skills always found the great way to have me doing what I had to do to get where I was going!

As a busy professional and a 41 year old mother of 2, I was that woman who gazed at the women in fitness magazines and though "I wish I could look like her...if only I had the time/money/dedication..." Results Highlights:  Won first fitness  show in Oct 2009, after  a 3 year hiatus from the Fitness Model competition stage/industry.  Also came 2nd at a (National level ) Fitness Model competition in Nov 2009. This was only after training for 3 months with Sean Everingham. This re-launch of a fitness career plus new and improved physique created opportunities for modeling publications in top Fitness magazines such as Oxygen and Inside Fitness. 

I can’t begin to describe with words the level of fitness that Sean brought me to in such a short period of time.  I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and still Sean was able to show me new ways of working out that have proven to truly be effective.  Sean is able to provide clear and concise explanations for the exact biomechanics and exercise selections/intensity/technique for any and every body part.   My routine and nutrition plan changed frequently to prevent ‘physique plateaus’ and Sean was diligent about checking in on my eating habits and specifics with weight and body fat.  My fitness regime consisted of intense weight training 4-5 days/week plus plyometric  and/or high intensity sessions.  We also incorporated sprint training and cardio sessions.

His knowledge is impeccable and he is up to date with the latest in nutrition and natural health products/supplementation.   Sean is able to not only utilize his fitness knowledge to create and achieve your fitness goals with you, but he is also a great source of support and motivation for those times when it may be tough to get through a workout!

Jennifer Aziz (Trainer: Sean Everingham)

Results Highlights: Lost 50 pounds and 22% bodyfat! Competed and placed top 3 in three national level bodybuilding competitions at 50 years of age! Got back into badminton and became a National Masters Champion! Appeared in print and television media!

All my life I have been involved in competitive sports, playing on the National Badminton Team from 1970-1975. I tore my ACL in my knee eight years ago and during my rehabilitation, I got totally out of shape and couldn't seem to regain my level of fitness. I slowly put on weight, and like most people, I tried various diets. Some worked very well, but as predicted, I would return to my bad eating habits and the weight would go back on, with a little extra.

I am 5'6" tall and weighed 180 lbs. At this point, I decided that I had to take control. I would be fifty years old in April and decided then and there that I was going to be fit and fantastic at fifty, not fat at fifty.

My fitness program consisted of a workout with my trainer, Sean Everingham, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, playing raquetball and Squash on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday and doing a thirty minute brisk walk on Friday and Saturday.

I couldn't have made my goal without the motivation and support of Sean. I was committed to my sessions and looked forward to Tuedays and Thursdays. Nothing interfered with these workouts.

My results? After twelve weeks, I dropped thirty five pounds, going from one hundred eighty pounds to one hundred forty five pounds. My percentage of bodyfat decreased from 36.7% to 24.5%. I lost 7 inches from my waist and 4.5 inches from my hips. My clothing went from a size 16-18 to a size 10. I can't remember when I was a size 10!

I can't emphasize enough the role that Sean Everingham has played in the success of my program. Without his guidance and support, I could not have achieved my goal. he devised a program for me that he knew I could handle and would not tire of. He pushed me when he knew I was ready, motivated me when I was down and always reminded me of my goals and of the end results that I wanted to achieve.

I have now moved to a different level. I have increased my weight training sessions with Sean to four times a week plus four early morning aerobic sessions in preparation for a bodybuilding competition in July in the Women's Masters division. I am a bit anxious about it but am looking forward to the challenge and new experience.

Epilogue: Jennifer lost 15 more pounds and dropped her bodyfat down to 14%. She placed 3rd in her first competition and 2nd in her next two competitions!

At the age of 50 something, I decided that I needed to change my lifestyle to emphasize longevity, after too many years of living a very corporate, sedentary way of life. Feeling horrible with having ballooned to 234 lbs. and having already tried the many products and dieting services on the market, all of which failed me miserably! After seeing how other members at my gym benefited from their Personal Trainers, I felt that was the only way to go.

From our orientation meeting where we set our goals and expectations - there has been no looking back. Training with Sean has changed my body and the way I feel about myself. I have lost close to 100 lbs. and have gone down 8 dress sizes. I was wearing a 22 and am now in a size 6! I've never in my life worn anything smaller than a 10! This change in my physical appearance alone has boosted my confidence enormously. I have far exceeded my initial expectations, all of which is due to Sean's results driven program design and his commitment to ensure that my potential is reached each session. Sean understands at what level to start and work up in a way that is both challenging and rewarding. The stronger I become, the training sessions become tougher and more demanding, but when the going gets tough, Sean's sense of humor kicks in and makes me laugh, which helps to keep me committed - go figure - a killer routine actually being fun.

Sean makes sure that I know exactly how the exercise is executed properly, so that I can do it right and get the maximum benefit from each rep. He is very serious about physical fitness and nutrition, and has taken the time to teach me the importance of both to me. Sean taught me that determination and patience were two qualities worth cultivating; I am now reaping their rewards. After training with Sean for 18 months, I am fitter, stronger and healthier than I have ever been and I can quite honestly say that he has not only helped me change my life, but has also helped add years to it.
